Sonam picked up cycling in her early twenties; and the moment she did, she was hooked. With a background in community organizing and environmental politics, she's keen on contributing to building a more resilient, interconnected, and accessible city that benefits everyone.
At Cycle Toronto, She hopes to help build tools, programs, and push for the infrastructure needed to help more people get on bikes and discover the joys of cycling, just as she did. Sonam holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies from the University of Toronto.
